The types of people we are looking for:

We are recruiting for PARALEGAL's with confident outgoing personality required to join our busy mental health law departments for our Brownhills office and Walsall office. Applicant must have legal qualifications. Some legal experience and working knowledge of legal aid procedures an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided to the successful applicant. Duties will include interviewing clients, perusing and drafting documents, advising and completing documentation, reporting and progressing matters through various stages in preparation for hearing. Travelling to various locations, mainly hospitals in the Midlands area, to see clients. Must have use of own car and possess a full clean driving licence.
