Specialists in

Personal Injury and Immigration

Pabla + Pabla Solicitors was set up in 2002 by brother and sister Hari Pabla and Kiran Pabla who were former partners at JMW solicitors. We use the latest technology and the best lawyers to provide a speedy resolution to personal injury claims (primarily in road traffic accidents) and immigration matters. We have grown from 6 staff to some 40 staff in the space of 9 years. Year on year we have grown with little publicity or advertising but mainly through recommendations from referrers and clients.

Personal Injury

Around three million people in the UK are injured in accidents each year – and of these an estimated two million believe that someone else was to blame. If you have been injured in an accident as the result of another person’s actions or neglect, then you may be able to make a personal injury compensation claim.

Accidents happen in many different situations. The injury may be caused by an accident on the road which results in whiplash or a more severe injury. Alternatively you may have slipped or tripped on the pavement or in the supermarket.

At Pabla + Pabla Solicitors, our personal injury solicitors go to great lengths to get the compensation that you are entitled to.

From the moment you contact us, we deal with your personal injury claim in a professional and trustworthy manner, and always communicate in plain and straightforward language.

If you would like us to help you make a compensation claim, we will work under a no win, no fee agreement. If we do not win your personal injury compensation claim (through no fault of your own) you will not be charged any costs or legal fees.

Generally, there is a time limit of three years from the date of the accident in which to bring a claim for personal injury compensation. However, there are some exceptions to this;

If you were younger than 18 years of age at the time of the accident, the three year period only commences when you reach the age of 18 (16 in Scotland).

If you were unaware of the injury/illness at the time - for example; asbestosis. In these situations the three year period runs from the time that the claimant became aware of the injury or illness.

Mental Disability - the limitation period does not commence until the disability ceases. It can start at any time in the future if the disability does not come to an end.

Over the years our personal injury solicitors have recovered millions of pounds for thousands of clients. We are proud of the service that we provide which is designed to be flexible and accessible. We are often praised by our clients for our friendly, no nonsense approach, ease of contact and dogged determination.

Our approach is to provide a friendly and efficient service to make the process of claiming compensation as straightforward as possible.

If you would like to discuss in confidence any matter related to a personal injury compensation claim, please call us on 0161 446 1122 or email us at enquiries@pablasolicitors.co.uk

Making any sort of immigration application, or bringing an appeal or other challenge in order to fight a negative decision made by the state or a court, can be a stressful, unpleasant and expensive experience and one which causes great uncertainty.  Early, expert and honest advice can be essential to securing the desired outcome as immigration law and procedure is complex, subject to regular change by the Home Office and Courts, and can overlap with ‘cross over’ fields of law such as crime and family.

Your initial consultation with us is free, and we'll tell you then whether or not your case is worth pursuing.
